Returns and Exchange Policy
Maxwell’s Skin & Body Clinic will replace any goods that arrive at their destination faulty or damaged.
You must arrange and pay for return postage by Australia Post.
Notice of returns must be advised within 24 hours of receiving the parcel. Under no circumstances will refunds be given for notification after this period.
If we are unable to replace or exchange the goods returned, we will provide credit the amount of the returned goods to you.
In some cases we may elect to refund you the cost of the returned goods, by either reimbursing your credit card or posting a cheque.
